Solution

TeraSky built a comprehensive visibility and compliance management solution using VMware VCF Operations. The team created Security Compliance Dashboards and reports based on the VMware vSphere Security Configuration Guide 8, making it easy to spot non-compliant systems and track security issues before they become problems.

Working with the Splunk team, they set up monitoring for critical server commands and set up targeted alerts for potential risks.

The project had two main parts: first, TeraSky created VCF Operations policy, Dashboards, Reporting, and alerting to make sure the system is in compliance with the customer security standards.
Second, they connected ServiceNow data to vCenter, tagged servers, and created custom groups in VCF Operations for better application-level monitoring.
