Responsibilities:

  • Design and orchestrate comprehensive Hybrid Cloud solutions, spanning from infrastructure to end-user devices
  • Integrate cutting-edge technologies, CI/CD Pipelines, containers, and Public Clouds while incorporating best practices
  • Develop detailed High & Low-level design documents, including procedural documentation
  • Install and configure Hybrid Cloud solutions within project scopes
  • Provide adept technical support, ensuring timely fault resolution and feedback to meet Service Level Agreements
  • Assume responsibility for patching and upgrading projects across diverse Hybrid Cloud environments
  • Conduct testing of emerging technologies, identify suitable use cases with clients, and lead Proof of Concept (POC) activities
  • Stay current with Hybrid Cloud advancements through documentation, LAB tests, and the maintenance of required certifications

Technical Requirements:

  • Possess 3-5 years of experience in maintaining and working with infrastructure technologies, including computing, storage, and networking
  • Demonstrate 3-5 years of expertise in vSphere environments, encompassing architecture planning and design decisions
  • Exhibit strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Batch, and JavaScript- must
  • Proficiency with VMware vRA and vRO, experience considered advantageous
  • Showcase adeptness in troubleshooting complex multi-tier issues, with an advantage in previous customer-facing roles and Webinars
  • Preferred previous experience with AWS, GCP Clouds
  • Preferred familiarity with DevOps solutions such as Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, etc
