Founder and President
Michael Burstein is the Founder and President of TeraSky. He possesses over forty years of entrepreneurial and managerial experience in the Information Technology world. Michael has led TeraSky through a period of dramatic revitalization. Prior to TeraSky, Michael was the Founder and CEO of MBI Group, a well-known storage and data protection solutions provider since 1985, which was acquired by the US consulting firm Glasshouse in 2007.

Ofir Abekasis is the Founder and CEO of TeraSky. As well as spearheading TeraSky’s global strategy and growth ambitions and is responsible for ensuring that the company delivers value to its customers.
Ofir has held leadership positions for more than 20 years. Ofir gained unique technology and management experience while serving in IDF Intelligence Computer Unit and at global systems integrators Glasshouse and Integrity Systems (MBI Group), where he led strategic development in contractual services, including architecture, commercial offering, customer engagements, solution architecture, and project management.
CFO
As the Chief Financial Officer at TeraSky, Tehila Oz brings more than two decades of financial expertise to the team. Tehila held key roles, starting at Ernst & Young for 16 years, mastering accounting, audit, and tax planning. She ensured compliance with US GAAP, SEC regulations, IFRS, and Israeli GAAP for a diverse clientele. Tehila then spent almost seven years as VP of Finance at Ceragon Networks, leading vital financial initiatives and strategy development. Her career highlights include team management, achieving business goals with effective controls and planning, and financial due diligence for acquisitions. At TeraSky, Tehila’s focus is aligning financial strategies with business goals fostering innovation and growth.

Eli Shacked brings over two decades of proven success in strategic sales growth in his role as TeraSky’s CRO. For 12 years, Eli held various key leadership roles at VMWare, including Managing Director (Israel) and VP of Strategic Sales (US). During this time, Eli consistently surpassed projected sales targets within the multi-billion dollar North East Coast US Market, establishing his team as the top-performing region within VMware’s Americas Strategic Business division and earning himself recognition as a global sales leader. Eli possesses deep expertise in cloud-native and application modernization solutions, which aligns perfectly with his passion for empowering businesses through innovative technology.

With over 25 years in sales, business development, products and operations in corporates and startups, Oded holds vast experience in translating tech vision into functional reality while developing agile organizations whose essence is excellence, innovation, overachievement, and fun. Prior to TeraSky, Oded was VP Sales at Excelero (acquired by Nvidia) where he increased sales by a factor of four within a single year and COO & Co-founder at Knowmail, an AI/personalization startup where he led sales and design partnership deals with Deloitte, GE, SAP, TE Connectivity. Before this, he was Strategic Accounts Executive at EMC and COO at Glasshouse.

With over 15 years of experience, TeraSky CTO Lev Andelman specializes in looking beyond his customers’ current challenges to anticipate their future needs and select the world’s leading technical solutions to meet them.
In addition to future-proofing TeraSky and its clients, Lev is a HashiCorp Ambassador, DevOpsDays TLV speaker, and co-organizer.
He is also dedicated to furthering the DevOps opportunity by volunteering at OpsSchool, a non-profit organization that helps IT professionals transition to DevOps careers.

As Chief Strategy Officer, Tal is responsible for creating TeraSky’s vision, executing business initiatives and sustaining implementation efforts. Tal joined TeraSky in 2010 and became the company’s key technology leader, leveraging his vast cloud-native expertise. Before joining TeraSky, Tal garnered unique experience while serving in the Israel Defense Forces’ Computer Intelligence Unit and as a solution architect in Glasshouse, a leading system integrator in Israel.
VP Cloud Biz Dev
Maxim Smirin is the VP of Cloud Biz Dev. Previously, he was the Co-Founder and VP of Business Development for TeraSky End User Computing (EUC). A technology leader with strong leadership and management skills, Maxim has led large-scale system and EUC projects combined with architecture and hands-on experience during his last 15+ years in the IT industry. In his previous role, Maxim was the VP of Datacenter solutions delivery at Taldor-Communication.
VP Human Resources
Rinat Oren is an accomplished Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR strategy, talent management, compliance, coaching, employee relations, and performance management. As Vice President of People at Montara, Rinat was responsible for talent and organizational strategy, driving organizational development, implementing HR processes, and overseeing HRIS implementation. Prior to that, she served as Director of People and Culture at Medallia, and Director of HR at MyHeritage. Rinat’s expertise in HR and operations is instrumental in building scalable HR systems and processes, supporting organizational growth, and providing strategic guidance to senior leadership teams.
VP Marketing
Orly Garini-Dil, VP of Marketing, comes to TeraSky Group with nearly 20 years of B2B and B2C marketing management experience cross-sector, including semiconductors, consumer electronics, healthcare, and digital agencies. She has proven success in leading strategic marketing plans and objectives across global channels and is strongly skilled in the development of strategies and tactics that deliver consistent brand awareness and return on investment.

Mati Baron is an experienced ICT Technologies industry professional with over 25 years of expertise in sales management, business development, and technology. As the VP of Sales, Mati leads TeraSky’s business development and sales in the Middle East, Europe, Ukraine, and Central Asia regions. Prior to joining TeraSky, Mati served as the Regional Business Development & Sales Manager for Multi Cloud Management at VMware, and as a Global Account Executive for the Enterprise Market Vertical at Cisco. He holds an MBA in Executive Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a Bachelor of Science in Electronic and Communication Engineering from Ariel University.
VP Delivery
Guy Shina has been TeraSky’s COO since 2017, and currently leads the Global Delivery groups, including the Sales Solution Architects group. He entered the IT world during his military service at Mamram (IDF IT) 20 years ago and joined TeraSky after managing Professional Services and Support groups at one of the biggest system integrators in Israel. Guy and his team have played a major role in TeraSky’s current growth, allowing the business to expand while making our customers happy.

Uri Menuhin is the VP Cloud Engineering. Previously, he was the Co-Founder and CTO for TeraSky End-User Computing (EUC). Technology savvy with 15+ years in the IT infrastructure field, Uri is a EUC geek with vast hands-on experience. In his previous roles, Uri was in charge of some of the most significant EUC projects in the market.

TeraSky VP SDP Business Development, Orit Harlev, has over 20 years of experience in complex sales processes. She specializes in selling advanced solutions, managing existing customers, and creating and leveraging business opportunities for new and varied market segments. Orit served as Enterprise Account Executive followed by Storage and Hyper Converged BU Regional Sales Manager at DellEMC for over a decade, leading advanced Data Center solutions sales in Israel, Greece, Malta, and Cyprus. While at DellEMC, Orit was chosen to participate in the “High Potential Program” as well as the “Management Program.” She also worked previously as Manager of Sales at HP’s Indigo Division and at Bynat Communications and Computers Ltd. Orit holds an MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

With a unique background in tech investment banking and legal expertise, Ori brings a wealth of strategic insight to his role as VP Strategy & CorpDev. Formerly a Tech Investment Banking Manager at Ernst & Young, Ori managed the Strategy and Transaction M&A team, gaining experience in client and team management, analysis, due diligence, strategy and competitive analysis, and more. Prior to that, Ori interned at the Israel Securities Authority following his graduation from the College of Management Academic Studies where he earned both a BA in Business Management specializing in Accounting and an LLB.
